Immanuel Communities is seeking a Full time Floating Sous Chef to work at our Lincoln Senior Communities and be based out of The Landing, located at 3500 Faulkner Drive, Lincoln, NE 68516. The other 2 locations include Grand Lodge, located at 4400 South 80th Street, Lincoln, NE 68516, and Yankee Hill Village, located at 8401 South 33rd Street, Lincoln, NE 68516. Must be available to work 40 hours/week. Possible shifts will be Monday through Sunday (including holidays), 6:00am-2:30pm or 10:30am-7:30pm. NO LATE NIGHTS EVER!!!
This position will pay up to $25.00/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do
The responsibilities of this job include all types of food preparation, including yet not limited to baking, grilling, stove-top and oven cooking; and cleaning the kitchen. Addtionally may be assigned to oversee progress of kitchen staff abilities, kitchen projects or special events, certain aspects of food preparation in the kitchen, inventory management and oversees the kitchen function when the Team Lead of Food & Nutrition Services is not available.
Skills & Requirements
Two (2) years of culinary experience is required.
Minimum age of 19 years old required.
