Medication Manager

Immanuel Pathways PACE is seeking a Medication Aide or Medication Manager to work at Pathways Central Iowa located at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324.

This position will pay up to $21.42/hour. Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

The overall purpose of this job is to perform ancillary healthcare services for participantsin the clinic by following established standards and procedures directed by the ClinicNurse Supervisor (CNS) and Primary Care Provider (PCP). The primary responsibilities ofthis job include taking vitals, rooming participants in the clinic, administering anddocumenting participant medications and administrative tasks.

Skills & Requirements

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Current Medication Aide-50 Hour is required if working in the state of Iowa.

One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required.
