Immanuel Pathways PACE is seeking a Participant Care Aide to work at ImmanuelPathwaysPACEis seeking a CNA to work at CNA Full Time Days to work atPathways Central Iowa located at 7700 Hickman Road, Windsor Heights, IA 50324. In this position you will be primarily be providing care for Immanuel participants at the day center while also providing in home care when needed.

The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm with rotating holidays.

This position will pay up to $21.42/hour. Paid mileage reimbursement at the matched IRS guidelines of 70 cents per mile.

Pay will be based upon experience, certifications, skills and education.

What You Will Do

Responsible for providing and assisting participants of Immanuel Pathways program with personal cares, activities of daily living, restorative, recreational programing and supportive care in the center and/or participants homes. Assists in monitoring and reporting participants health status and providing a safe environment for the participants of Immanuel Pathways.

Skills & Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate required in the respective state in which he/she is employed.

Be at least 18 years of age.

One (1) year of experience working with the frail or elderly population required, or completion of job specific training related to working with the elderly population must be completed within the first six months of hire.

Must have a valid drivers license, proof of insurance and have means of transportation.
