Personal Lines Customer Service Representative

Our client is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join their team. The selected team member will be responsible for assisting with customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the clients the agency supports. Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Qualifications

• One to three years’ experience within the Insurance industry required
• Property and Casualty License required; Health and Life License preferred
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach required
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer required
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task required
