Implementation Manager - Remote

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Implementation Manager to lead the successful launch and management of new customer implementations for our home health scheduling, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), and billing platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of either home healthcare and/or service industry operations, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across various teams and with customers to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption of our software solution.

Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership - Take ownership of end-to-end implementation projects, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful deployment of our software platforms according to customer requirements.
  • Client Engagement - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process, building strong relationships and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Requirements Analysis - Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their unique scheduling, EVV, and billing needs, translating them into detailed implementation plans.
  • Customization and Configuration - Work closely with technical teams to configure and customize the software to meet specific client needs, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Training and User Adoption - Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clients, ensuring their teams are proficient in using our software platforms effectively.
  • Issue Resolution - Proactively identify and address implementation roadblocks, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions to ensure project success.
  • Quality Assurance - Conduct thorough testing of the implemented solutions to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Documentation - Maintain accurate and detailed project documentation, including implementation plans, user guides, and post-implementation reports.
  • Continuous Improvement - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the enhancement of our software platforms based on client feedback and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications a plus.
  • 5 years proven experience in project management and implementing software solutions, preferably in the healthcare or service industry.
  • Strong understanding of scheduling, Electronic Visit Verification (EVV), and billing processes within the healthcare or service sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, software implementation methodologies, and customer relationship management.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify issues, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites for on-site implementation and training.
