Responsibilities

  • Work as a member of a survey crew performing boundary, topography, ALTA, right of way, and construction surveys for public and private clients. 
  • Also responsible for the operation and maintenance of survey equipment, taking field notes, data collection, and working with staff and clients on assigned projects.
  • Arrive on time and prepared to work for all scheduled work hours. Schedule may vary based on project and client needs.  

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED or Associates Degree
  • No prior surveying experience necessary.
  • 1-2 years of prior surveying experience is preferred.
  • Ability to take direction and express understanding of the directions received.
  • Ability to work within a team under supervision by others.
  • Good communication both internally with the survey and externally with clients. 

Compensation

The estimated compensation range for this position is $20 to $25 per hour. This range is an estimate for this posting. Actual compensation is dependent upon education, experience, and skills.
