Coordinates patient care by understanding and utilizing rehabilitation program policies and procedures and job descriptions.
Reviews daily patient schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Objectively reports clinical observations to supervising clinician.
Maintains inventory of supplies and order new supplies as indicated.
Produces and follows accurate daily RA schedules.
Follows direction from occupational therapist in patient activities of daily living needs and provide direction to unlicensed assistive personnel.
Follows direction from physical therapist in patient mobility and transfer needs.
Follows direction from speech therapist in patient activities related to feeding and swallowing. SKILLS & ABILITIES:

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Active Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing in Nebraska
Requires 6 months previous CNA experience.
Successful completion of 80-hour Rehabilitation Associate course which includes 100% class attendance and a post test score of 80% or above.
Valid Nebraska driverâ??s license and proof of good driving record preferred.
Incumbent must be 18 years of age or older.
