Overview:
40 hrs/wk; 8:30a-5p, M-F. Columbus Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Clinic is recruiting a clinic receptionist who is dedicated, compassionate, and professional to join our fast paced specialty clinic. This person must have excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and be able to work independently as well as have a positive team oriented attitude. Primary responsibilities include: greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering multi-line telephone system, registering patients into EMR systems, entering insurance information, processing incoming faxes, scanning documents into the records, and collaborating with internal and external departments. A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. Business office experience in a medical clinic or hospital setting preferred.
