Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive base salary based on experience and skills.

- Time Made Up (4 hrs. per month)
- PTO – (0-3 years) = 15 days per year; accrued at 1.25 days per month (4+ years) = 20 days per year; accrued at 1.67 days per month

- Employee referral bonus – if referred hire is employed for 90 days ($250 bonus) 180 days ($500 bonus)

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recruit licensed insurance agents to conduct business with IAMS through call campaigns, emails, webinars and other means.
- Work with licensed insurance agents across the country to promote the life and/or annuity insurance carriers that we represent and their products.
- Determine which life and/or annuity insurance products may be of interest and provide product features & benefits.
- Provide life and/or annuity insurance product recommendations to agents for their assessment of suitable client needs.
- Make outbound calls to prospective agents/producers and follow-up on leads on leads to promote IAMS end-to-end service/solutions to help them grow their business.
- Educate agents / producers on the life and/or annuity products and marketing programs that IAMS offers.
- Provide sales administration, back-office support, marketing and case design to the sales Director’s or other team members’ agents as needed.
- Coordinate with Creative Services team on assigned insurance company marketing efforts as needed.
- Maintain agent records in IAMS CRM and provide input for routine sales meetings.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma/GED
- Insurance license or insurance experience, a plus but not required.
- Well versed with various life insurance products & policies
- 3+ years of solid sales, client service & customer acquisition experience preferred.

- Must be professional, highly motivated/driven and outgoing.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment with little supervision.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving & decision-making skills.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills; ability to interact at all levels including Management.
- Ability to multitask and to prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with “follow-up until resolved” mindset.
- Must escalate appropriate issues in a timely fashion.
- Must be detail oriented with accuracy.
- Punctuality & attendance is critical to this position as your department / team members and customers depend on you.

Financial Dimensions: This position is a base salary + bonus
Salary: $38,000 – $45,000 base per year + bonus potential
Weekly day range: Monday to Friday in the office
