Position Highlight:

We are seeking a CNA to join our Dermatology Clinic as a CNA/Medical Scribe. In this role, you will work closely with providers to document patient encounters, medical histories, exam findings, and treatment plans in real time, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in clinical documentation. Additional responsibilities may include rooming patients, preparing exam rooms, and coordinating patient follow-ups.

Clinic Highlight:

Dermatology is a fast-paced and rapidly-growing clinic that operates Monday through Friday with daytime hours; no weekends or holidays! The clinic staff is split into two teams: Surgical Dermatology and General Dermatology. Team members of our Surgical Dermatology Team can expect to help with skin cancer surgery (Mohs), lasers, cosmetic dermatology, varicose vein procedures and more! Mohs Surgery is a highly specialized surgical procedure that allows patients to leave the clinic cancer-free and reconstructed in the same day! Team members of our General Dermatology Team can expect to help patients with the most common (acne, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss) to the more rare or complex conditions (lupus, autoimmune blistering diseases, rare skin tumors) in a general dermatology clinic or one of our many specialty and multidisciplinary clinics, but can also assist with procedures such as biopsies and excisions. Our physicians are nationally and regionally recognized in dermatology and are, overall, amazing educators and leaders! Job Description:

Perform delegated patient activities as assigned by licensed nursing personnel for the achievement of patient`s plan of care.

Required Qualifications:

* Minimum of 16 years of age required.

* Possesses a Certified Nursing Assistant certification in the state of Nebraska required.

* Demonstrated effective communication skills required.

* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire required, must be from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program (effective for new hires starting January 1, 2023 or later).

Preferred Qualifications:

* Knowledge of computer data entry and word processing preferred.

* Basic knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
