Salary: $120,000-$150,000 -DOE

Position Summary
As a Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, driving project success by:

• Monitoring the progress, performance, and quality of multiple projects.
• Leading project meetings to communicate status, ensure alignment, and gauge client satisfaction.
• Managing schedules, budgets, and comprehensive documentation to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
• Developing subcontracts, RFQs, and preparing purchase orders.
• Partnering with the Project Superintendent to ensure strict adherence to contract documents and requirements.
• Providing mentorship and oversight to supporting staff, including interviewing, training, and task delegation.

What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent professional experience.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles.
• Solid expertise in Construction Management and Design/Build contract delivery systems.
• A meticulous, organized approach to work, with an eye for detail.
• The ability to interpret contracts, blueprints, schedules, and scopes of work effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Primavera P6, and ProCore (or similar tools).
