Verizon's Enterprise Shared Platforms Organization is looking for a passionate Principal Cloud Security Architect to work on global security programs within secure Cloud engineering and DevSecops domains.
1. 10+ years of experience in architecting solutions within Cloud space (AWS, Azure, OCI and GCP)
2. 6+ years of experience in conducting Cloud security audits (Threat modeling, Architecture design reviews, Penetration testing, Generating State of DevOps reports, Security baselining of Cloud Infrastructure)
3. 6+ years of subject matter expertise within the DevSecOps domain with knowledge in NIST CyberSecurity and DevSecOps frameworks
4. 6+ years of experience in integrating security scanning tools (BlackDuck, Snyk, Fortify, Imperva, SonarQube, etc.) and automating reports with customized rulesets enforcement to identify Code bugs, vulnerabilities and threat vectors within code pipelines.
5. 6+ years of subject matter experience in securing Cloud native, server-less, containerized and Cloud server instances (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI)
6. 6+ years of experience within DevOps writing IaC (Infrastructure-as-a-Code) automations using Cloud Formation Templates, Terraform. Expert in AWS CDK, AWS DevOps Tools (Code Guru, Code Commit, Code Deploy, Code Pipelines) and Azure Devops.
7. 6+ years of subject matter experience in server-less computing especially Lambda functions, K8/Kubernetes, EKS, AWS ECS, AWS FarGate)
8. 6+ years of experience in CI/CD Tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Cloudbees, GitHub, AWS CI/CD and CDK toolkit, Azure Pipelines, Azure Monitor, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Container service, Azure Resource Manager)
9. 6+ years of experience in Terraform, Cloud Formation, JSON, YAML, Java Script, C, C++, GoLang
10. 6+ years of experience in AWS and Azure Well Architected frameworks/Pillars (including constructs and patterns per industry best practices)
DESIRED SKILLS:
1. AWS Certified Solution Architect Professional and/Or Azure Certified Solution Architect
2. AWS Certified Security Speciality, Designing/Implementing Microsoft DevOps
3. 6+ years of subject matter experience in Secure Cloud Engineering, DevSecOps (securing micro-services, Cloud workloads, server-less/Containerized workloads, security scanning tools)
4. 6+ years of experience in performing full scale end to end penetration testing, Threat modeling, Architecture documentation and PenTest results drafting with mitigation plans
