Bilingual Customer Support Specialist (Spanish)

As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist at Sherwin-Williams, you will play a vital role in ensuring exceptional service for our wholesale and retail customers. Your primary responsibilities will involve understanding customer needs, answering inquiries about our diverse range of Sherwin-Williams products, and recommending the best solutions to enhance their experience.

The selected candidate will work at Store , located at: 1113 Beards Hill Rd Ste A, Olive Tree Plaza II, Aberdeen, MD .

In this role, you will:

• Provide outstanding customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build and maintain trustworthy relationships with both wholesale and retail customers.
• Accurately process sales transactions while adhering to company policies.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Maintain organized work order files and formulas.
• Prepare products by tinting and mixing according to customer specifications.
• Stock shelves and create attractive displays.
• Keep store equipment clean and operational.
• Assist with loading/unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as needed.
• Ensure assigned areas are well-stocked and visually appealing.
• Stay informed about product offerings and discuss various options with customers.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Propose ideas for improving sales performance.

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following minimum requirements:

• At least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the country without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate fluently in English and Spanish.
• A valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Capability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs on occasion, with or without reasonable accommodations.
• Availability to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Preferred qualifications include:

• A High School diploma or GED.
• At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service roles.
• Experience in selling paint and paint-related products.
• Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
