Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processing for their growing company. This is a standalone payroll role, responsible for accurately processing payroll for approximately 150 employees. This role requires a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and expertise in payroll compliance and reporting.

Description
- Accurately process biweekly payroll for 150 employees, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now to input and verify payroll data, including wages, deductions, bonuses, and adjustments.
- Ensure timesheets are reviewed and approved in a timely manner, adhering to company policies and labor laws.
- Generate and analyze payroll reports using Excel to track trends, identify discrepancies, and support financial reporting.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Ensure payroll tax filings, deductions, and benefits contributions are processed correctly.
- Identify opportunities to enhance payroll workflows and increase efficiency
Profile
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience, preferably in ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis).
- High attention to detail with the ability to troubleshoot payroll discrepancies.
- Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
