Job Title: X-Ray Tech
Standard shift: Days
Weekly schedule: 4x8
Schedule Notes: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Description:
Performs radiologic treatments for patients.
Responsible for pre-treatment services and delivery of radiologic treatment.
Deliver radiation to patients in accordance with physician's instructions.
Operate all types of radiotherapy equipment, i.e., Cobalt Therapy Unit, Linear Accelerator, Simulator, etc. Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Graduate of accredited radiologic program Licensing/Certification:
Current NY State License for X-Ray technology.
Certification in the operation of Radiologic equipment and treatment required.
ARRT Certification Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an X-Ray Technologist ED/OR experience required
