Summary:
The main function of the marketing coordinator is to provide tactical support for internally and externally focused member material initiatives. This position will focus heavily on coordinating projects, transactional work and the transfer of information both internally and to our clients and members.

Job Responsibilities:
Develop thorough understanding of the end-to-end member material development process (including data and printing); proactively manage timelines, milestones or risks and ensure necessary partners and leadership are informed as appropriate

Skills:
Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage one's time. Ability to keep information organized and confidential. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel. Organization and prioritization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects, under pressure and strict timeframes, without compromising quality

Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required. 1 year of work experience in marketing or a related area.
