Azure Support Engineer

Role Description: Job Description: Azure support engineer with DR knowledge Required:• 8+ years of relevant experience in managing Azure infrastructure environment and related operations.• Strong working knowledge on Microsoft Azure platform is a must.• Knowledge of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.• Extensive experience in PowerShell scripting is a must to have.• Build automation using PowerShell and maintain existing scripts.• Configuring and maintaining virtual machines, virtual networks, and load balancers• Deployment of workloads to meet customer needs.• Securing resources to meet the desired security level.• Implementing disaster recovery scenarios for the various types of azure resources.• Build knowledge base by creating and maintaining detailed and comprehensive documentation and diagrams.• Experience with Azure Site Recovery.• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.• Handle service requests, incidents, and change records• ITIL knowledge is a must. Desired:• Knowledge of Cloud Networking and Security• Knowledge in managing Windows / Unix flavors• Knowledge of Azure DevOps Competencies: Digital : Cloud DevOps, Digital : Microsoft Azure
