Do you want to help write the next chapter of our story? We are looking for a Sr. Support Technician based in New York City, NY. This role requires on-site presence at our office in New York City, New York four days a week (Monday to Thursday), with availability on Fridays as needed.
The role: You will be responsible for delivering specialized IT support to our employees, including high-level executives, corporate office staff, as well as boutique and remote teams. Your role will involve ensuring smooth technology operations for Clarins USA, managing IT infrastructure, and promptly addressing any user issues.
What you'll do: In an environment where information and systems are critical in delivering Clarins' world-class prestige products to our clients, your skills and experience in supporting and maintaining the IT infrastructure are pivotal to fulfilling that mission. Our internal and external clients and retailers expect top-notch delivery, which requires a consistent and reliable communication ecosystem. You will be a key player, working with a collaborative and inclusive team to enhance and improve the network infrastructure that supports two main corporate locations and multiple boutiques. The role will drive efficiency and quality in infrastructure and align with local and global security to ensure the implementation of best practices.
- Provide high-quality-white glove IT support for executives, ensuring minimal downtime, flawless operation of devices, video conferencing, and collaboration tools, while maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly in a fast-paced executive environment, offering hands-on support for conference room setups, presentations, and company events.
- Proactively maintain and optimize workstations, networking, and facility presentation technology, identifying IT needs and working with management to implement preventative measures.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams to improve processes, enhance user experience, implement new technologies, and contribute feedback on IT policies and infrastructure improvements.
- Uphold security and compliance by managing user access, endpoint protection, and secure remote access solutions, while fostering strong relationships through clear communication and timely solutions.

- Familiar with compliance frameworks and data protection policies; understand IT security best practices, including endpoint protection, encryption, and access controls.
- Familiar with mobile device management (MDM) for iOS and Android devices.
- Proficient in supporting and troubleshooting video conferencing systems (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, WebEx).
You have: - Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ensuring white-glove support experience for executives and key stakeholders to ensure a seamless and secure computing experience; experience providing white-glove support for VIP users, with a focus on responsiveness and discretion.
- Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both Windows and macOS environments as well as technical, wired and wireless network issues, including executive conference room setups.
- Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience managing AV equipment, conference room technology, and executive meeting setups.
- Experience managing enterprise applications, endpoint security tools, and remote access solutions (VPN, VDI, etc.).
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.
- Basic knowledge of firewall configurations and security best practices (Palo Alto experience is a plus).
- Experience managing user permissions and security policies within Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
- Fluency in French a plus.
