Join our dynamic healthcare team at a 170-bed facility serving the Arkansas River Valley Community. This travel nursing position offers a unique opportunity to work in a Joint Commission Accredited hospital, recognized as an Accredited Chest Pain Center and recipient of the AHA Stroke Program Award. Located in Russellville, AR, you'll enjoy beautiful views of the Ozarks and access to outdoor activities such as bass fishing at Lake Dardanelle and hiking at Mount Nebo State Park.

• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,667 - $1,852
• Setting: Emergency Room
• Start Date: August 12, 2024
• Shift: 12-hour nights; 3 shifts per week
• Duration: 13-week contract

• Current state RN license
• CPR certification
• 1-2 years of recent acute care experience

• Assess, plan, delegate, and coordinate nursing care for assigned patients
• Identify needs/problems through nursing assessment to facilitate an organized plan of care
• Supervise and make patient care assignments based on acuity and staff proficiency
• Recognize and respond to emergency situations appropriately
• Document assessment, plan of care, interventions, and educational needs of patients
• Administer medications and treatments, including IV meds, blood products, and chemotherapy
• Maintain a safe patient and working environment by adhering to infection control and safety policies
• Receive physician orders, document, follow up, and evaluate patient outcomes
