The Parts Customer Care Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support to branch locations, internal customers, and external customers. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently manage incoming calls, emails, and various operational tasks to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance team effectiveness.
Position Responsibilities
Answer incoming department phone calls that will ring at both branch locations and the call center, ensuring timely and efficient handling of inquiries.
Monitor rollover calls to track call volume and identify the originating branches, providing insights for performance improvement.
Oversee the parts counter email and delegate tasks to relevant branches as needed to streamline operations.
Collaborate with leasing and sales teams to provide necessary sales support, enhancing overall team effectiveness.
Manage leads generated from CC360 and HubSpot, ensuring prompt follow-up and conversion.
Offer product support to branches, helping them with inquiries related to blower and pump leads.
Responsible for completing the weekly call list for all branch locations.
Responsible for making outbound calls utilizing the customer drop off list.
Assist with senior-level coverage during absences, ensuring continuity of operations and support.
All other duties and responsibilities as directed and required.
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications/Experience Requirements
A minimum of 3 years' experience at Kraft Tank Corporation and/or a related industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to anticipate challenges, identify solutions, and proactively address issues to support business objectives.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with parts management systems and lead tracking tools (CC360, HubSpot) is a plus.
Experience in Salesforce or similar systems
Highly proficient in Office 365 applications
Qualified candidates must demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communications
Ability to meet deadlines
A positive can-do attitude
A valid Driver's License
A minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
May be required to stand, walk, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb, crouch, or crawl for long period of time
Computer work as needed in an office setting to keep the department running efficiently
Travel as needed to other locations by vehicle, plane, or train
