Your Role as a BCBA:
As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a vital role in creating life-changing outcomes. Responsibilities include:
Designing and implementing individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessments
Conducting behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)
Providing ongoing supervision and training for RBTs, including reviewing session notes and ensuring fidelity
Collaborating closely with families, team members, and other service providers
Supporting and empowering families through active involvement in treatment
Maintaining accurate, timely documentation and adherence to ethical and clinical best practices
What We’re Looking For:
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Active BCBA certification (required)
At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
CPR and First Aid certified
Must pass a background check
Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally as needed
